RG Brands products are beverages of the best quality proven by years of experience.
Our main task is to provide consumers with beverages and food of consistently high quality. To do this, we develop innovations and strictly follow international standards. We are confident in the quality of products and adequately represent them to both local and international consumers to meet a wide variety of taste preferences.
RG Brands products are made at 3 modern production sites with a total capacity of over 1 billion litres per year. At the Aksengir plant we produce sparkling beverages, juice and ice tea. The Kosmis plant – milk, sparkling beverages and juice. The Tealand plant produces tea.

Production facilities:
AKSENGIR
Our pride is the production and logistics centre Aksengir, one of the most advanced and modern plants in Central Asia. The volume of investments in Aksengir is 13 billion tenge; the occupied area is 21 hectares. In Aksengir we produce natural juice Gracio; juice Da-Da and Nectar Solnechnyi in Tetra Pak package; Solnechnyi lemonade; DaDaDay juice drinks in PET package; Piala ice tea, Lipton Ice Tea; sparkling soft drinks Pepsi, Mirinda, 7Up; bottled water A'SU.
In the production of beverages we use aseptic filling technology, hot and cold filling. Our products are bottled in different formats according to the type of package: PET bottle, Tetra Pak package, glass bottle. Thanks to the cooperation with global manufacturers Pepsi - Cola International and Pepsi Lipton International, we use the best practices and quality standards, annually confirming them with the certificates of world-famous audit institutions.
Our high-tech lines are equipped with modern equipment. Each production site has three laboratories which control the parameters that ensure quality online:
• Input control laboratories ensure and guarantee the quality of each batch of raw materials entering the production;
• Microbiological laboratories guarantee food safety of production infrastructure, production environments and finished products;
• Analytical laboratories control the parameters of production lines and the quality of finished products to be sold.
Aksengir independently provides itself with the required amount of electricity and steam, extracts water from wells and processes it on multi-level treatment systems. Supply of raw materials and shipment of finished products is carried out by wagon trains. The whole process of receiving and shipping is controlled by the input control and quality control laboratories.
One of the strongest logistics services in Kazakhstan ensures the smooth operation of Aksengir. We have created a team of high-class production workers, dedicated to their work, maintaining the qualification by means of training innovative programs.
TEALAND
At the Tealand plant (city of Almaty) we produce high quality Piala Gold brand tea.
Our competitive advantage is expertness in tea production. We have been making tea since 1999 and know well the preferences of consumers. Our experts actively monitor new trends in the world tea market and select the most interesting varieties by taste and aroma to offer the best to the consumer.
We were the first who introduced to the people of Kazakhstan the Kenyan tea having the features loved in Kazakhstan. We also use the best varieties of tea raw materials from Northern India, China and Vietnam.
Tealand produces monthly over 500 tons of tea. All products are certified in accordance with the requirements of quality standard ISO 9001:2000.
COSMIS
The Kosmis plant (Kostanay) is the first plant in Kazakhstan for the production of long-term storage ultra-pasteurized milk in aseptic Tetra Pak package.
We work with several modern large farms. These are farms, which have organized and automated well all processes – computer diagnostics to determine the condition of cows, automated washing, water bowls, rubbing posts. We choose the farms that meet our first requirement – sterile cleanliness of the farm. Since we produce long-term storage milk, the quality of primary milk is important for us.
We ultra-pasteurize milk to restore the product from foreign odours, gases and oxygen. Ultra-pasteurization kills germs and spores that can lead to product souring. Thanks to ultra-pasteurization, the milk is stored in a sealed package for up to nine months at room temperature. With a special Tetra Pak package consisting of seven layers and having the function of protection against moisture, light, odours and absorption, the milk is kept fresh, healthy and safe.
Within a day we complete all the required processes for the delivery, processing and packaging of products to provide the consumer with quality and fresh long storage milk. We guarantee that milk travel time from milking the cow to your table does not exceed 24 hours.
