“Hereby RG Brands Kazakhstan Limited Liability Partnership, BIN: 060440002605 (hereinafter referred to as the “Partnership/Issuer”), guided by subitem 17 of item 5 of Art. 102 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the securities market" dated 02.07.2003 and the provisions of the Prospectus for the issue of non-government bonds of the Partnership informs you that on June 08, 2022, by the decision of the sole participant of the Partnership represented by the Board of Directors of RG Brands JSC, a decision was made to early redeem the bonds RGBKb1 of the issue within the primary bond program.

Based on the foregoing, please be kindly informed about the upcoming redemption of the Partnership's bonds (ISIN: KZ2P00007727) (hereinafter referred to as the "Bonds") with the specified parameters and on the following conditions:

- Number of Bonds to be redeemed – 273,648 (two hundred and seventy-three thousand, six hundred and forty-eight) pieces;
- Bond redemption price - no more than 118.7684%;
- Procedure for redemption of the Bonds – the redemption of the Bonds is carried out by the method of open trading on the organized securities market;
- The date of the Bonds redemption – not later than 3 (three) business days following the date of the decision of the sole participant of the Partnership on the Bonds redemption.

The procedure for notifying Bond holders of a decision by the sole participant of the Partnership to buy back the bonds is carried out within 3 (three) business days from the date of such decision by posting a message on the official website of the Issuer, on the official website of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC and on the website of the Financial Statements Depository".
